Hope Counseling Center offers a Sliding Scale program for those who are in need of financial assistance. This program is available for those who do not have any other health insurance or benefits. To apply for this program just print and complete the Financial Aid Request Form and submit at any Hope Counseling location or via e-mail. Your application will be reviewed and you will be contacted regarding your qualification for benefits.
